1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how FMR Digital LLC (“FleetWright”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our fleet maintenance management platform.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account information: name, email address, phone number, and company name provided during registration.
  • Fleet data: equipment records, work orders, repair logs, photos, parts inventory, and maintenance schedules you enter into the service.
  • Usage data: login timestamps, feature usage patterns, browser type, device type, and IP address collected automatically when you use the service.
  • Payment data: billing is processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers. Please refer to Stripe's privacy policy for details on how payment data is handled.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the FleetWright service.
  • Process billing and manage your subscription.
  • Send service-related notifications, including work order updates, maintenance alerts, and billing notices.
  • Respond to support requests.
  • Analyze aggregated, anonymized usage patterns to improve the product.

We do not use your fleet data for any purpose other than providing the service to you.

4. Information Sharing

  • Stripe: We share billing information with Stripe for payment processing. See Stripe's privacy policy.
  • We do not sell personal data to third parties.
  • We do not share data with third-party advertisers or marketing companies.
  • We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the safety and legal rights of our users and company.

5. Data Retention

  • Active accounts: data is retained for the duration of your subscription.
  • After termination: data is retained for 30 days to allow you to export it, after which it is permanently deleted.
  • Backups: backup copies containing deleted data are purged within 90 days of deletion.

6. Data Security

  • All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption.
  • Database access is restricted to authorized systems only.
  • We apply regular security updates and maintain ongoing monitoring.
  • While we implement industry-standard security measures, no system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

7. Cookies and Local Storage

  • We store a session authentication token in your browser's localStorage to keep you logged in. This is not a cookie.
  • We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
  • We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

8. Your Rights

  • Access: view all your data through the FleetWright application at any time.
  • Export: download your data using the CSV export features available throughout the application.
  • Deletion: request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing support@fleetwright.app.
  • Correction: update your account information at any time through the application settings.

9. Children's Privacy

FleetWright is not directed at individuals under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

10. International Users

FleetWright is hosted in the United States. By using the service, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your home country.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
